The launch of my book - Our Lady of Weight Loss: Miraculous and Motivational Musings from the Patron Saint of Permanent Fat Removal (Viking Studio). It's due to hit the shelves on August 17!!!
I can't believe that the book is only 10 weeks away. It's been close to four years since I started working on it, and talking about it. All of a sudden, zero hour is upon us. It's feeling kind of surreal.
Anyway, the books are sent to the bookstores on the 17th of August, but it's safe to say they won't actually be on the shelves until the 19th. I'm not sure how long it takes for the bookstores to unpack books.
I hope you'll go to your local B&N and/or Borders and pick up a copy!

I am so excited for you. Having watched your site grow for the last few years, and now to see you become a published author...WOW. If anyone has worked hard and put her heart into something, it's been you, my friend. You deserve and WILL HAVE great success! Just keep right on going, and I will say, once upon a time, "Our Lady used to actually write to our little Healthy Lifestyles group at Zila in Arizona PERSONALLY...and they'll all say, "NO WAY"!!!
